Assistant Property Manager – Central Ohio (Hilliard-Based)

A premier central ohio property management company who services condominium and homeowners associations is seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations for our Central Ohio property portfolio. This role works closely with Property Managers, owners, vendors, and association boards to ensure smooth, efficient property management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor management
  • Support Board meeting prep, agendas, and communications
  • Coordinate property inspections and follow‑up on reports, maintenance orders, and compliance letters
  • Communicate professionally with owners, boards, vendors, and residents

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience working with the public
  • Familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
