Board meeting attendance
Our property managers will attend board meetings as scheduled to include the annual meeting.
Reliable Communication
We take communication seriously at SBS Management. With us you can expect same day to no more than 48 hour response on all communications.
Community Newsletters
We’ll create community newsletters as requested by your association Board of Directors.
Records Retention
We’ll handle record keeping and storage of all association records past and present, and make them accessible to boards, or membership as allowed by the governing documents and the State statute.
Advisory Staff
Our experienced managers will assist and give direction to the association Board of Directors on issues and matters of compliance with the association regulations and State statute.
